If your account is suspended, your balance is held and not forfeited during the suspension period. If the suspension leads to permanent closure, we will process a withdrawal of your eligible balance through your registered payment method.
Account access from outside supported regions may be restricted where local law in that region does not permit it. These terms apply to accounts registered in supported Pakistan regions, and access from other locations is subject to those restrictions.
Contact support with the specific clause you believe was applied incorrectly and a description of the account action in question. We will respond in writing within 24 hours on business days and escalate to a senior review if the initial response does not resolve the matter.
Certain breaches, including providing false account information or using your account in a manner that violates applicable law in supported regions, may result in immediate closure without a prior suspension step, as set out in the closure clause of these terms.
